HOW TO FIND COMBS - SEARCH FUNCTION: If you are looking for combs with Thick teeth why not use the SEARCH button in the lefthand navigation. Just type "thick teeth" in the search field and the site will list all of those combs for you. Likewise with Chameleon or Ladybugs.

You can also now SEARCH BY COLOUR - if you are looking for blue beads just type "blue" into the search field and click the search button.

What exactly is an African Butterfly comb you may ask? African Butterfly combs consist of two very strong, durable and flexible combs that are joined together by a series of elastics that form a pattern over the comb. These elastics are in turn beaded either with earthy toned beads or beads that have more bling on them. The elastasized combs did make a debut into the market some years back but they had fabric bands across them and were not a guaranteed product. African Butterfly combs carry patents on the patterning of the beads, the interlocking feature of the combs and they are guaranteed for 1 year.

If you're looking for something specials for a function why not look at the Dalena or Closonnette ranges. They have the most amazingly intricate beads with either a gold or silver look - interspersed with colour if you like. Diamante Crucifix are the "crown jewels" of African Butterfly - great for weddings, formals, a night at the theatre, or just because you like them. You have a choice of three comb colours - beige, brown and black. Some ranges, like Ndebele, have the pink combs as well as the others. But hey!
