How To Order

Products can be purchased online by using your credit card.  The online payment goes through PayPal's secure site. 

  • Go to the African Butterfly Store page
  • You will find the products listed down the page as well as on the left hand navigation which opens out as you hover your mouse over the various brands.
  • Click on the product you would like to view
  • Each of the combs have "shopping cart" buttons alongside them.
  • If you wish to purchase a comb you merely click onto the button and it will be added to your shopping cart.  The shopping cart opens in a new window that is controlled and secured by PayPal.  Follow the PayPal instructions to conclude your transaction.
  • Please note that postage will be added while you are in the payment screens.

Refund Policy

Don't forget that African Butterfly (Australia/New Zealand) is passionate about your satisfaction with our products.  If you are not entirely happy with your purchase there is a 10 day return money back policy.  Products will however need to be returned in the original packaging, undamaged along with the brochure you received.

Where We Deliver:

African Butterfly (Australia/New Zealand) will deliver your product choice by Australia Post (regular mail) in Australia and by airmail to New Zealand.  Should you wish your items posted by Express Post there will be a small surcharge.

Postage to other international destinations will be at the airmail rate as quoted by Australia Post at the time of order.

All combs are posted in either bubble envelopes or postal boxes for protection.
